Terms of Use
By using the Ta'al app you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Account
- You must be 18 years or older to use the service.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and for keeping your account confidential.
2. Use of the Service
- The service is used for lawful purposes only (delivery orders, transport, shopping).
- Misuse, fraud, or harm to drivers, stores, or users is prohibited.
2A. User Content & Community Rules
Some features let users publish content (reels, live streams, comments, reviews, images). By publishing, you confirm you own the rights to that content and are solely responsible for it.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. The following are strictly prohibited: sexual or pornographic content, content that exploits or endangers minors, hate speech or harassment, violence or threats, bullying, illegal goods or activities, spam, impersonation, and any content that infringes others' rights or breaks the law.
You can report any content and block any publisher directly from within the app. We review reports and remove violating content, and content that receives multiple reports is hidden automatically pending review. We may remove content and suspend or terminate the accounts of repeat or serious offenders without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payment
- Prices are shown in the app before confirming an order, and may include delivery fees and tax.
- Payment is available in cash or via the in-app wallet, depending on the available options.
- Cancellation and refund policies apply according to the order status and are clarified at the time of ordering.
4. Ta'al's Role
Ta'al is a platform connecting customers, drivers, and stores. Stores are responsible for the quality of their products, and drivers for carrying out delivery. We do our best to ensure a trusted experience and to resolve disputes fairly.
5. Rewards and Wallet
Reward points and wallet balance are used within the app according to their terms, and are not paid out in cash except where expressly permitted.
6. Limitation of Liability
We provide the service "as is", and we are not liable for indirect damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Changes
We may update these terms, and your continued use of the app will be considered acceptance of the updated version.
8. Account Suspension or Termination
Ta'al has the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach of these terms, misuse of the service, or any illegal or fraudulent activity. You may also permanently delete your account at any time from within the app via "My Account → Delete Account", after which your personal data is permanently hidden.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the Jordanian courts have jurisdiction over any related dispute, unless the law provides otherwise.
10. Sign-in via Google
When you sign in using a Google account, you also agree to Google's terms and policies related to this service.

باستخدامك لتطبيق تعال فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. يُرجى قراءتها بعناية.
١. الحساب
- يجب أن يكون عمرك ١٨ عاماً فأكثر لاستخدام الخدمة.
- أنت مسؤول عن دقّة بياناتك والحفاظ على سرّية حسابك.
٢. استخدام الخدمة
- تُستخدم الخدمة لأغراض مشروعة فقط (طلب التوصيل، التنقّل، التسوّق).
- يُمنع إساءة الاستخدام أو الاحتيال أو الإضرار بالسائقين أو المتاجر أو المستخدمين.
٢أ. محتوى المستخدم وقواعد المجتمع
بعض الميزات تتيح للمستخدمين نشر محتوى (ريلز، بثّ مباشر، تعليقات، تقييمات، صور). بنشرك للمحتوى تُقرّ بأنك تملك حقوقه وأنك المسؤول الوحيد عنه.
لدينا سياسة عدم تسامح مطلق تجاه المحتوى المخالف والسلوك المؤذي. يُمنع منعاً باتّاً: المحتوى الجنسي أو الإباحي، أي محتوى يستغلّ القاصرين أو يعرّضهم للخطر، خطاب الكراهية أو التحرّش، العنف أو التهديد، التنمّر، السلع أو الأنشطة غير القانونية، الرسائل المزعجة (سبام)، انتحال الشخصية، وأي محتوى ينتهك حقوق الآخرين أو يخالف القانون.
يمكنك الإبلاغ عن أي محتوى وحظر أي ناشر مباشرةً من داخل التطبيق. نحن نراجع البلاغات ونزيل المحتوى المخالف، والمحتوى الذي يتلقّى بلاغات متعدّدة يُخفى تلقائياً بانتظار المراجعة. ويحقّ لنا إزالة المحتوى وتعليق أو إنهاء حسابات المخالفين المتكرّرين أو الجسيمين دون إشعار مسبق.

٣. الطلبات والدفع
- الأسعار تظهر داخل التطبيق قبل تأكيد الطلب، وقد تشمل رسوم توصيل وضريبة.
- الدفع متاح نقداً أو عبر المحفظة داخل التطبيق حسب الخيارات المتاحة.
- سياسات الإلغاء والاسترجاع تُطبَّق حسب حالة الطلب وتُوضَّح عند الطلب.
٤. دور تعال
تعال منصّة تربط بين العملاء والسائقين والمتاجر. المتاجر مسؤولة عن جودة منتجاتها، والسائقون عن تنفيذ التوصيل. نبذل جهدنا لضمان تجربة موثوقة وحلّ النزاعات بعدل.
٥. المكافآت والمحفظة
نقاط المكافآت ورصيد المحفظة تُستخدم داخل التطبيق وفق شروطها، ولا تُصرف نقداً إلا حيث يُسمح بذلك صراحةً.
٦. حدود المسؤولية
نقدّم الخدمة "كما هي"، ولا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن أضرار غير مباشرة ناتجة عن ظروف خارجة عن سيطرتنا المعقولة.
٧. التعديلات
قد نُحدّث هذه الشروط، وسيُعتبر استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق موافقةً على النسخة المحدّثة.
٨. إيقاف أو إنهاء الحساب
يحقّ لتطبيق تعال تعليق أو إنهاء الحساب في حال مخالفة هذه الشروط أو إساءة استخدام الخدمة أو القيام بأي نشاط غير قانوني أو احتيالي. كما يمكنك أنت حذف حسابك نهائياً في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق عبر «حسابي ← حذف الحساب»، فتُخفى بياناتك الشخصية نهائياً.
٩. القانون المطبق
تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسَّر وفقاً للقوانين المعمول بها في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، وتختصّ المحاكم الأردنية بالنظر في أي نزاع يتعلق بها، ما لم ينصّ القانون على خلاف ذلك.

عند تسجيل الدخول باستخدام حساب Google، فإنك توافق أيضاً على شروط وسياسات Google المتعلقة بهذه الخدمة.
