You can request deletion of your Ta'al account and personal data at any time. Choose either method below. يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك الشخصية من تطبيق تعال في أي وقت. اختر إحدى الطريقتين أدناه.
1. Delete from inside the app (fastest)١. الحذف من داخل التطبيق (الأسرع)
- Open the Ta'al app and sign in.افتح تطبيق تعال وسجّل الدخول.
- Go to Account.اذهب إلى حسابي.
- Open Settings, then tap Delete account.افتح الإعدادات ثم اضغط حذف الحساب.
- Confirm — your account is deleted immediately.أكّد الطلب — يُحذف حسابك فوراً.
Driver and merchant accounts also have "Delete account" inside their own settings screen. حسابات السائق والتاجر فيها أيضاً «حذف الحساب» من داخل شاشة إعداداتهم.
2. Request deletion by email٢. طلب الحذف عبر البريد الإلكتروني
If you cannot access the app, send us a request at: إذا تعذّر عليك الوصول إلى التطبيق، أرسل لنا طلباً على:
Send from the email linked to your account, include your registered phone number, and use the subject "Account deletion request". We process requests within 7 business days. أرسل من البريد المرتبط بحسابك، واذكر رقم الهاتف المسجّل، واجعل عنوان الرسالة «طلب حذف حساب». نعالج الطلب خلال 7 أيام عمل.
3. What gets deleted٣. ما الذي يُحذف؟
- Your name, phone number, email and profile details.اسمك ورقم هاتفك وبريدك ومعلومات ملفك الشخصي.
- Your saved addresses and their map coordinates.عناوينك المحفوظة وإحداثياتها على الخريطة.
- Your profile photo and, for drivers, all identity documents (national ID, driving licence, insurance and vehicle registration images).صورة ملفك، وللسائقين: جميع وثائق الهوية (الرقم الوطني، رخصة القيادة، التأمين، وصور تسجيل المركبة).
- Your device push-notification token.رمز الإشعارات الخاص بجهازك.
- Your account can no longer be used to sign in.لا يمكن استخدام حسابك لتسجيل الدخول بعد ذلك.
4. What we keep, and for how long٤. ما الذي نحتفظ به ولكم من الوقت؟
We retain records required for accounting and tax law: your past orders and their financial details (amounts, dates, items), and any in-app messages tied to those orders. These records stay linked to an anonymised account whose name, phone, e-mail and login credentials have been removed, so you can no longer be identified from your profile. They are kept only for the period the law requires, are never used for marketing, and are permanently deleted afterwards. نحتفظ بالسجلّات التي يفرضها القانون المحاسبي والضريبي: طلباتك السابقة وتفاصيلها المالية (المبالغ، التواريخ، الأصناف)، والرسائل المرتبطة بتلك الطلبات. تبقى هذه السجلّات مرتبطة بحساب مجهول الهوية أُزيلت منه بياناتك الشخصية (الاسم، الهاتف، البريد، وبيانات الدخول) فلا يمكن التعرّف عليك من ملفّك. نحتفظ بها للمدّة التي يفرضها القانون فقط، ولا تُستخدم لأي غرض تسويقي، وتُحذف نهائياً بعدها.
